Eco Baltia group completes acquisition of Latvian street and...

Eco Baltia, the largest environmental and waste management group in the Baltics, backed by INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund, leading Baltic private equity fund, has completed the acquisition of 100% shares of the street and road maintenance provider SIA Pilsētas Eko Serviss and its related parties (hereinafter – Pekos) through a subsidiary. For the completion of the transaction, permission of the Latvian Competition Council was received in December.

Eco Baltia is preparing for inaugural bond issue

Eco Baltia, the largest environmental and waste management group in the Baltics, backed by INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund, leading Baltic private equity fund, plans to execute its first unsecured bond issue in the nearest future. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used for the group’s development projects with the aim of further strengthening its contribution towards promotion of circular economy at the international level.

Eco Baltia, the largest environmental and waste management group in the Baltics, backed by INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund, leading Baltic private equity fund, is set to expand its Latvian activities in road and street maintenance with an agreement reached to acquire 100% shares of SIA Pilsētas Eko Serviss (hereinafter – Pekos) and its related companies. The transaction, which is being carried out by Eco Baltia’s environmental services arm Eco Baltia vide, is expected to be closed later this year, subject to merger approval from the Latvian competition council.
